Resident Services


The Resident Services Department provides training and counseling curriculums that improve quality of life, promote self-sufficiency and build strong communities for low-income rental residents on all housing sites. Resident Services strives to keep families in their homes by providing resources, referrals, annual safety inspections, collaboration with outside agencies and by providing community events.
